Here I am. Still sitting up. I need to get up to go to work in around 4 hours. Because of the prednisone, I am not able to sleep. I know I need to, and I really want to, but I can't. Maybe if I sit here a longer and stare at the lcd I will start to fall asleep. We will see.

Suffering from severe insomnia on 50 mgs of Prednisone. Hasw anyone tried anti nausea drugs like Gravol to get you drowsy? Any known precautions or interactions with Prednisone?
I was diagnosed with crohn's 2 years ago and was prescribed prednisone. I refused this course of medication because of the potential harmful side effects. I went to a specialist at Tuft's in Boston. I have since been on Asacol for 2 years with no side effects. I am living symptom free and my colonoscopy results have been great also.
