I have not been behaving this week. I have not been eating any of the right things. There has been tons of fried and processed foods, and my body is feeling it. My rhythm is gone, and cramps and gas has increased.
It's crazy how it really is garbage in, garbage out, and you just feel like garbage. And I do. I'm feeling bloated, and finding it hard to focus. I also need to drink more water, because I have barely been drinking one glass a day.
I am going to try and do my best to get back on track starting on Monday. We will see.
