A Little Goodwill

A friend of mine on twitter, @Jason31480, is trying to raise money for crohns and colitis. He will be taking place in the Take Steps for Crohns & Colitis Walk this spring.

Take Steps is the CCFA's national evening walk and celebration. This event is also the nations largest dedicated to finding cures for crohn's and ulcerative colitis.

We all know that many people with digestive diseases suffer in silence. The CCFA and @jason31480 wants them to make noise and be heard. Let's help them make their goals.

The more people who participate and raise funds through Take Steps, the faster we get to a future free from digestive diseases. Help us by spreading the word and increasing awareness in your communities.

Visit the CCFA site here to learn more and give.

Here is a video from the CCFA's Take Steps site.

Thank you kindly for the incredibly nice post. I am very grateful - and truly means a lot. The IBD community has been incredible - I kick myself for avoiding it for so many years - live and learn! :)

You're an inspiration with your strength and perseverance. I love your video blogs you do - and am happy and proud to have you as a member on CDSN.

Keep up the great work in giving a voice to the IBD community - something that is well needed.
